WATER BRIBES'?

Did anyone hear the comment about some Water Companies having to pay back thier customer's for their ineptitude . But that is not my main point which is the bulletin went on to say to the othe companies that WERE NOT found guilty ,was to thank them and GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO IN-CREASE THE BILLS TO THEIR CUSTOMER'S NEXT YEAR !!!
So the way i understand it is this for running the company rightly and properly the Government thanks them by allowing to increas the bills they send out to us . ( United Utilities ) are one who supposedly ran their company at an average way . So instead of a reduction in our bills this lot can chatge us more ,WHY because they have doen what any decent firm should , and that's run it properly AKIN to AVANTI ,for abject failure in tryin to run a service they are given A 9 YEAR GO-AHEAD CONTRACT !!!!!!Beggars Belief dun it ?? WE take from this tory lot make a bollocks of things and we will reward you not bad EH??????
